The principal part of this service involves fault diagnosis. PCs are complex things! These days many problems we see are due to viruses or simply because your Windows operating system is out of date. Most importantly however, many problems can be readily solved without having to replace any parts.
If a component failure is diagnosed, our technician will be able to provide a quote for the necessary part. If you are happy to proceed we will either install the new part, as we carry some common parts with us, or make arrangements with you to return and complete the repair. All components are supplied new and are covered by a full twelve months warranty.
Alternatively you may just wish to upgrade what you already have, for example to increase the speed of your PC, or perhaps you need a larger storage capacity. As we are an independent company we can offer you unbiased advice on what to buy next. Remember, we get to see the best and the worst of what’s out there!
